We are seeking an experienced and passionate Training Manager to lead and oversee training and development initiatives within our beauty business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training & Development

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programmes for beauty therapists, aestheticians, consultants, and customer service staff.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify employees' skill gaps and development needs.

2. Beauty Treatment & Technical Training

  • Train employees on beauty treatments, skincare procedures, and equipment operations within their approved scope of practice.
  • Ensure employees understand treatment protocols, hygiene, safety, and professional service standards.
  • Monitor practical skills and assess employees' competency before allowing them to perform treatments independently.
  • Keep updated on beauty industry trends, new technologies, treatments, and products.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the beauty, skincare, or aesthetics industry.
  • Previous experience in beauty training, staff development, or training management.
  • Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare products, and beauty equipment.
  • Good coaching, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
