  • Maintain price book procedures, documentation, and audit trails, and track the status of price book requests through completion.
  • Regularly review off-contract pricing to identify additional items to define in price book.
  • Oversee pricing data collection, storage, and analysis processes to maintain data integrity and accessibility, while developing and implementing data management strategies that align with organizational goals and improve decision-making.
  • Support RFx activity as needed, including preparing bid documents, compiling and analyzing supplier responses, and translating awarded pricing into price books.
  • Support Supplier Relationship Management by maintaining effective working relationships with supplier pricing and billing contacts.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, utilizing data-driven methodologies and AI to enhance price book processes and drive operational excellence.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
