Christie's, maison de ventes aux enchères, leader international du marché de l'art, recherche un(e) Business Coordinator au bureau de Paris.

Rôle

Le/La Business Coordinator est responsable de la coordination opérationnelle des ventes et du support au département. Il/elle est le point d’entrée et l’interlocuteur privilégié pour toute question relative à la vie du département. Il/Elle assure une vision globale et transverse de la vente, de sa création jusqu’à sa finalisation, en collaboration avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes internes et externes.

Sa mission s’articule autour de 3 axes : l’avant-vente / l’après-vente / le soutien au département.

Missions Principales

  • Sur la partie Avant-Vente :

Création des comptes des vendeurs et gestion des KYC

Préparation, envoi et suivi des documents contractuels

Gestion des trackers de lots

Coordination logistique des œuvres (transport, expertise, restauration, stockage)

Gestion des photographies et respect des deadlines catalogue

Contribution à la production du catalogue

Suivi des spécificités des lots (CBC, CITES, etc)

Coordination avec les spécialistes, cataloguers et équipes support

Gestion des engagements marketing et diffusion des catalogues

Suivi des estimations, réserves et données liées à la vente

Suivi de la comptabilité vendeurs

  • Sur la partie Après-Vente :

Gestion des offres après-vente

Suivi des paiements et coordination avec les équipes finance

Gestion des lots invendus

Coordination des restitutions ou livraisons des œuvres

Traitement des litiges et suivi administratif post-vente

Clôture des dossiers clients

  • Soutien au département de spécialité :

Interface principale entre le département, les clients et les équipes support

Coordination des échanges internes (spécialistes, marketing, transport, finance, etc.)

Gestion des bons de commande, factures et budgets

Suivi des données clients et des listes d’intérêt

Contribution aux actions de marketing et communication

Participation à l’organisation opérationnelle des ventes et expositions

Gestion de projets transverses selon les besoins

Management des stagiaires

Suivi de la veille concurrentielle

Profil recherché

2 années d'expérience minimum souhaitées au sein du marché de l'art, si possible sur des postes de coordination

Expérience en gestion de la relation clients, et aisance dans l'expression écrite et orale

Excellente capacité d’organisation, forte attention aux détails et au suivi des actions planifiées

Excellente capacité à garder son calme dans des situations stressantes et à résoudre les problèmes et conflits

Français courant et très bon niveau d’anglais

Excellente capacité à travailler aussi bien individuellement qu'en équipe

Très bonne connaissance du Pack Office : Word, Excel et Outlook
