Als (Senior) Legal Counsel (m/d/w) untersützt Du das Legal Team und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Aufgaben im Fachbereichs. Du bringst Dich aktiv in neue Projekte ein und erarbeitest neue Prozesse. Du bist nicht nur der erste Berührungspunkt für unsere Mitarbeitenden, sondern berätst im vertrauensvollen Sparring unsere Führungskräfte in allen rechtlichen Fragestellungen. Die Stelle ist auf Grund einer Elternzeitvertretung auf zwei Jahre befristet. Eine Verlängerung des befristeten Arbeitsverhältnisses ist – abhängig von den betrieblichen Voraussetzungen – gegebenenfalls möglich. Du kannst die Position entweder vollständig remote oder hybrid in Karlsruhe ausüben.

Darauf kannst Du dich freuen

  • Du unterstützt das Team in der Beratung des Unternehmens in den Bereichen Compliance, Legal & Datenschutz.
  • Du bist erste Ansprechperson für die Mitarbeitenden und die Geschäftsführung im Unternehmen bei rechtlichen Fragen.
  • Du berücksichtigst die aktuelle Entwicklung der Rechtsprechung und Gesetzgebung und erarbeitest entsprechende Lösungen für die Anforderungen an unser Unternehmen.
  • Zu Deinen Aufgabengebieten gehören ebenfalls Vertragsverhandlungen sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit bzw. die Steuerung von externen Beratern, z. B. Anwaltskanzleien und Behörden.
  • Du unterstützt sämtliche Teams bei Chrono24 – von neuen Geschäftsmodellen bis zur laufenden Projektumsetzung – und stellst dabei die rechtliche Absicherung von Anfang an sicher.
  • Du berichtest an den Head of Legal.

Was Dich auszeichnet

  • Du hast zwei abgeschlossene juristische Staatsexamina oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du hast bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung als generalistisch orientierter Unternehmensjurist und hast vertiefte Kenntnisse im Gesellschafts- bzw. IT-Recht.
  • Bestenfalls bringst Du Erfahrungswerte aus einem Technologie- oder E-Commerce-Unternehmen mit.
  • Gesundes Risikobewusstsein und eine hohe Sozialkompetenz zeichnen Dich aus.
  • Mit Deiner Kommunikationsstärke und Deinem sympathischen Auftreten weißt Du zu überzeugen und hast den Anspruch, Deine Arbeit stets mit hoher Präzision zu erledigen.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Einsatz von KI-Tools im Rechtsbereich mit und hast bereits selbst Strukturen, Skills oder Workflows für den produktiven KI-Einsatz in einer Rechtsabteilung aufgebaut.
  • Teamfähigkeit, organisatorisches Denken und eigenverantwortliches Handeln zählen zu Deinen Stärken.
  • Du schaffst es komplexe Sachverhalte einfach und prägnant zu erklären und verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
