Deine Rolle

Du verbindest fundiertes Accounting-Know-how mit einem klaren Blick für effiziente Abläufe. Du analysierst unsere Prozesse in der Buchhaltung einschließlich des Zahlungsverkehrs und machst sie schlanker, standardisierter und automatisierter. Dabei führst du nicht nur neue Tools ein, sondern holst auch mehr aus unseren bestehenden Systemen heraus. KI ist für dich ein wichtiges Werkzeug: Als AI Champion im Finance-Bereich erkennst du, wo sie echten Mehrwert schafft, und bringst das Team dabei mit. Du bist Treiber, Umsetzer und Ansprechpartner und berichtest direkt an den Director Finance.

Darauf kannst Du dich freuen

  • Du analysierst die End-to-End-Prozesse im Accounting (u. a. Kreditoren, Debitoren, Hauptbuch, Monats- und Jahresabschluss nach HGB) und machst Schwachstellen und manuelle Tätigkeiten sichtbar.
  • Du optimierst die Payment-Prozesse, insbesondere Zahlungsabgleiche, die Abstimmung mit Payment Service Providern, Treuhandzahlungen, Auszahlungen an Händler sowie das Clearing offener Posten.
  • Du entwickelst Verbesserungsvorschläge und setzt sie gemeinsam mit dem Team um, von der Standardisierung bis zur Automatisierung.
  • Du optimierst bestehende Tools und Systeme, nutzt ihre Möglichkeiten besser aus und führst dort, wo es sinnvoll ist, neue Lösungen ein.
  • Du identifizierst konkrete Use Cases für KI (z. B. Belegverarbeitung, Kontierung, Zahlungszuordnung, Abstimmungen, Abweichungsanalysen, Dokumentation) und setzt sie um.
  • Du baust Prototypen, testest sie im Alltag und skalierst, was funktioniert.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass alle Lösungen den Anforderungen an Ordnungsmäßigkeit, GoBD und IKS entsprechen.
  • Du schulst und befähigst Kolleginnen und Kollegen und verankerst eine Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit allen Finance-Teams und dem Data-Team zusammen.
  • Du beteiligst dich an unseren Transformationsprojekten, insbesondere ERP.

Was Dich auszeichnet

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Weiterbildung (z. B. Bilanzbuchhalter) oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Accounting, idealerweise mit Berührungspunkten zu Payments oder Zahlungsverkehr
  • Sichere Kenntnisse im HGB, IFRS wären von Vorteil
  • Sichere Anwendung von DATEV sowie Erfahrung mit gängigen ERP-Systemen (z.B. SAP oder Oracle)
  • Kenntnisse in LucaNet sind von Vorteil
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung mit Prozessoptimierung, Automatisierung oder KI-Tools (z. B. ChatGPT/Claude, Copilot, RPA, Power Automate, Excel-Makros, Python oder SQL); du musst kein Entwickler sein, solltest aber gerne selbst ausprobieren
  • Analytisches Denken, Hands-on-Mentalität und die Fähigkeit, andere für Veränderungen zu gewinnen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
