Deine Rolle

Mit unserer internationalen Aufstellung gewinnen Verrechnungspreise zunehmend an Bedeutung. Du übernimmst dieses Thema ganzheitlich: Du strukturierst unsere Transfer-Pricing-Landschaft, baust eine saubere und prüfungssichere Dokumentation auf und sorgst dafür, dass Buchhaltung und Steuern nahtlos zusammenspielen. Du bist Teil unseres Tax-Teams, die zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Verrechnungspreisthemen und berichtest an den Head of Tax.

Darauf kannst Du dich freuen

  • Du analysierst die bestehenden konzerninternen Leistungsbeziehungen und entwickelst eine klare, fremdvergleichskonforme Verrechnungspreissystematik.
  • Du erstellst und pflegst das Master File sowie die Local Files für alle relevanten Gesellschaften.
  • Du erarbeitest und aktualisierst konzerninterne Verträge in Abstimmung mit Legal.
  • Du erstellst die konzerninternen Verrechnungspreisabrechnungen selbst, von laufenden Abrechnungen und Kostenumlagen bis zu Jahresendanpassungen, und stellst ihre korrekte Verbuchung sicher.
  • Du gestaltest den operativen Verrechnungsprozess durchgängig und stimmst ihn eng mit dem Accounting ab.
  • Du verantwortest die Abstimmung der konzerninternen Salden und Transaktionen zwischen den Gesellschaften.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass alle Prozesse steuerlich sauber dokumentiert und nachvollziehbar sind.
  • Du begleitest Betriebsprüfungen zu Verrechnungspreisthemen und koordinierst externe Berater.
  • Du beobachtest regulatorische Entwicklungen und bewertest deren Auswirkungen auf Chrono24.
  • Du automatisierst wiederkehrende Abläufe und setzt dort, wo es sinnvoll ist, auch KI-Tools ein, zum Beispiel für Datenaufbereitung und Dokumentation.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Accounting, allen weiteren Finance-Teams und dem Data-Team zusammen.

Was Dich auszeichnet

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung (z. B. Steuerfachwirt oder Bilanzbuchhalter) oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Steuern oder Rechnungswesen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Verrechnungspreise, in einem international tätigen Unternehmen oder in der Steuerberatung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der OECD-Verrechnungspreisleitlinien, des § 90 AO und der GAufzV
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Buchhaltung nach HGB und praktische Erfahrung mit konzerninternen Abrechnungen; IFRS-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Sichere Anwendung von DATEV sowie Erfahrung mit LucaNet sind von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und Freude daran, ein Thema von Grund auf aufzubauen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
