🔥 Tu misión

Como Comercial, serás clave en el crecimiento de la compañía.

Te encargarás de identificar, captar y fidelizar clientes, detectando oportunidades de negocio en Protección Contra Incendios (PCI) .

Serás la figura estratégica que impulse nuestra presencia en Madrid, aportando valor desde el conocimiento técnico y la consultoría comercial.

** Responsabilidades principales

  • Prospección activa y generación de leads en la zona asignada.
  • Presentación comercial de soluciones de PCI.
  • Negociación de propuestas y cierre de acuerdos win‑win.
  • Coordinación interna para asegurar la correcta entrega de los servicios.
  • Seguimiento del mercado, competencia y nuevas oportunidades.
  • Reporte de actividad comercial y actualización de la información en CRM.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente.
  • Gestión completa del ciclo de venta y apoyo en proyectos complejos.

🎓 Formación

Requerida:

  • Titulación en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Ingeniería o similar.

Valorada:

  • Formación específica en Protección Contra Incendios.

💼 Experiencia

Requerida:

  • Experiencia demostrable en ventas, preferiblemente en seguridad y muy valorable en PCI.

Valorada:

  • Experiencia comercial en Seguridad Electrónica.

🛠️ Conocimientos y habilidades

  • Prospección y networking.
  • Comunicación y presentación excepcional.
  • Organización, autonomía y gestión del tiempo.
  • Orientación a resultados y capacidad de cierre.
  • Conocimiento del mercado y de soluciones PCI/Seguridad.

🌐 Idiomas

  • Se valorarán habilidades en otros idiomas (no excluyente).
