1、国内211、985院校，海外QS前100院校本科及以上学历，1-3年咨询公司全职工作经验，有消费品、零售或电商行业项目经验者优先。 2、具备出色的结构化思维和问题解决能力，精通数据分析、商业建模与洞察提炼，能独立完成复杂商业议题的分析与策略设计。 3、优秀的跨部门沟通与项目管理能力，具备强烈的责任心和推动力，能将策略转化为业务行动并确保成果落地。 4、对时尚、消费领域有热爱，适应快节奏、国际化的工作环境，英语流利，可作为工作语言。
