1、负责用户价值增长，以用户留存率、复购率及长期生命周期价值（LTV）为核心目标，制定运营策略，兼顾用户体验与业务收益，推动用户长期价值提升。 2、负责用户全生命周期及完整用户旅程管理，覆盖注册、首购、收货体验、复购、忠诚培养及流失召回等阶段，识别关键需求与流失节点，协同相关团队优化各环节体验与转化。 3、基于用户消费行为、商品偏好、购买频次及价值潜力，建立用户分层体系，针对新客、成长用户、高价值用户及流失风险用户制定差异化运营策略，促进首购向复购、普通用户向忠诚用户转化。 4、负责会员与积分体系建设及持续优化，包括会员等级、成长规则、权益配置、积分获取与兑换机制；结合会员活动与服务体验，提升用户参与度、复购意愿及长期忠诚度，并评估权益与积分投入的实际收益。 5、围绕用户旅程整合商品推荐、站内及 App 体验、营销活动、会员权益、服务关怀和 EDM、SMS、PUSH 等触点，设计连贯、个性化的运营方案，提升用户在关键阶段的体验与购买意愿。 6、建立用户价值分析与效果评估机制，持续跟踪分群留存、复购周期、购买频次、客单价及 LTV，通过用户调研、同期群分析和 A/B 测试定位问题、验证策略，协同产品、技术、商品、物流及客服团队推动改善。

1、本科及以上学历，具备 3 年及以上电商用户运营、生命周期运营或会员运营相关经验，有跨境电商经验者优先。 2、具备以用户价值为导向的运营思维，能够围绕留存、复购及长期 LTV 制定策略；有推动相关指标改善的完整项目经验，能够清晰说明策略、执行过程及业务结果。 3、熟悉用户全生命周期管理、用户分层及用户旅程分析，能够结合商品、产品体验、服务和营销触点识别机会，并推动跨团队方案落地。 4、具备会员与积分运营经验，理解会员权益、成长机制及积分激励对用户行为的影响，能够兼顾用户感知价值、激励成本与长期收益。 5、具备较强的数据分析与实验能力，能够分析不同用户群体的留存、复购及价值变化，区分短期促销效果与持续行为改善，并据此优化运营策略。 6、具备良好的英语听说读写能力，可将英语作为工作语言；英语专业八级、雅思 6.5 分及以上或同等英语水平者优先。有海外学习、工作经历或对海外消费市场有深入理解者优先。 7、具备较强的用户洞察、项目推进及跨团队协作能力，能够主动发现问题、协调资源并对结果负责。
