1、视频广告高效执行 - 负责Facebook & Instagram每日视频广告搭建、上架、预算调整及优化 - 根据商品上新节奏，快速完成测款视频广告计划创建（单日处理20+素材） 2、素材效果追踪优化 - 监控视频广告核心数据（CPM/CPC/CTR/CVR/ROAS），及时优化广告 - 执行A/B测试：拆分对比不同视频素材开头、文案、受众组合效果 3、数据报告支持 - 整理日报/周报数据，标注爆量素材特征（如：钩子类型、产品卖点） - 协助分析用户评论，提取负面反馈关键词（尺码/材质等）

1、基础数据处理能力：Excel函数（VLOOKUP/数据透视表）、Facebook Ads数据报表解读 2、英语读写无障碍
