1、系统化梳理并持续进化品牌视觉体系：沉淀清晰的视觉语言、影像风格与设计原则，使品牌在不同渠道与场景中既统一又具有辨识度； 2、 定义并不断提升品牌审美上限：对“什么是好的Cider视觉”有明确标准，并通过关键项目持续刷新品牌的审美高度； 3、统筹管理平面设计与国内视觉团队：建立高质量的创意与产出机制，在提升效率的同时，更强调作品质量与审美标准； 4、制定并迭代品牌视觉规范：确保各类对外视觉输出统一且有风格，避免同质化与模板化； 5、主导产品大片及关键视觉内容的创意方向与最终把控，对整体视觉表达与结果负责； 6、搭建并升级外部创意资源网络（摄影师、造型师、创意机构等），持续引入更具风格与突破性的合作； 7、与市场、商品、内容团队深度协同，使视觉从“支持营销”升级为驱动品牌资产积累的重要能力。

1、本科及以上学历，美术/视觉传达/设计相关专业，美院背景优先； 有海外留学或者生活经验，能够中英双语工作； 2、5年以上时尚或相关品牌视觉经验，3年以上团队管理经验，有品牌阶段视觉升级经验者优先； 具备成熟的创意领导力与跨团队协同能力； 3、具备清晰且稳定的审美判断力，能够在既有品牌基础上提升辨识度与高级感； 4、过往作品具备完整的视觉表达体系，能够体现从概念到最终呈现的审美把控能力； 5、审美有上限，能够持续输出高质量视觉内容，并带动团队整体提升标准；
