1. 全球法律战略与团队管理 - 制定并执行集团全球法律战略、搭建法律风险管理体系 - 统筹中国、北美、欧洲及英国等重点市场的外部律师、法律顾问及专业服务机构 - 建立法律风险识别、评估、预警和应对机制，向管理层提供专业意见 - 作为业务管理层的重要合作伙伴，在控制风险的同时推动业务落地和商业目标实现 2. 商业合同与业务支持 - 负责起草、审核和谈判重大商业合同，包括供应商、物流、仓储、门店租赁等业务合同。 - 审核平台服务协议、支付服务协议、广告投放协议、技术服务协议及数据处理协议 - 建立集团合同模板、审批流程、授权体系和合同管理机制 - 为重大投资、并购、合资、战略合作及业务重组提供法律支持 3. 跨境电商、平台与消费者保护合规 - 负责跨境电商及零售业务相关法律合规，包括消费者权益、退换货、退款、促销、价格展示、产品宣传及售后服务 - 指导广告、营销材料、产品描述、折扣活动及品牌宣传，降低虚假宣传、误导性宣传及不正当竞争风险 4. 数据隐私与信息安全 - 建立和完善集团全球数据隐私及数据合规体系 - 指导业务遵守适用的数据保护法律法规，包括GDPR、UK GDPR、CCPA/CPRA及中国《个人信息保护法》等。 - 审核隐私政策、Cookie政策、用户协议、数据处理协议及第三方服务商安排。 - 参与数据泄露、网络安全事件及监管调查的应急响应和整改 5. 知识产权与品牌保护 - 制定全球商标、版权、专利、域名及商业秘密保护策略 - 负责品牌、商标、产品设计、图片、视频、文案及数字内容的使用合规。 - 处理仿冒、侵权、盗图、抄袭、域名抢注及平台知识产权投诉。 - 支持品牌授权、联名合作、设计师合作及知识产权许可交易。 - 建立全球知识产权资产台账及维权机制

  • 法律专业本科及以上学历，具有中国或其他主要法域律师资格；具备多个法域执业资格者优先。
  • 10年以上法律工作经验，其中至少5年以上跨境电商、消费品、零售、互联网平台或国际化企业法务管理经验。
  • 具备全球或区域法务负责人、法务总监、首席法务官经历者优先。
  • 熟悉中国、北美、欧洲及英国至少两个主要市场的商业法律及合规要求。
  • 熟悉电商平台规则、消费者保护、广告营销、数据隐私、知识产权、产品合规及供应链法律事务。
  • 具备较强的合同起草、谈判、风险判断、争议解决及项目管理能力。
  • 具备优秀的商业意识，能够理解业务目标并提供可执行的解决方案。
  • 中文和英文能够作为工作语言，具备优秀的英文法律写作、谈判及沟通能力。
  • 具备较强的领导力、跨文化沟通能力和团队建设能力。
  • 能够适应快速变化、跨部门协作和国际化工作环境。
