1. 结合公司全年发展策略、用户市场制定亚太地区商品企划策略，包括联动货品企划端的风格趋势与数据做策略给出，帮助团队管理指标进度（年/季/月/周/日为周期），给予开发和生产团队策略指导； 2. 负责亚太地区商品全生命周期的数据分析，包括新季配货计划、补货计划、库存优化等；建立数据看板管控库存周转、下单回货、首单返单等核心关键指标，在货品周转率与缺货率中做好平衡; 3. 结合亚太地区的市场需求，以季节性为周期分析品类和品牌的需求计划，分析日常销售和消费者潜在诉求； 4.依托数据中台和策略落地的效果提出改善建议，联动买手设计开发团队、运营团队及供应链团队做密切沟通并周期拉通复盘，确保上下游指标对齐与关注； 5.其他相关团队协作项目。

1. 8年以上品牌服装开发或商品运营经验，熟悉快时尚市场动向，热爱时尚，有良好的审美能力；海外留学背景及海外时尚服饰公司经验优先； 2. 对海外及国内品牌服装产品的市场消费需求有较强的分析判断、归纳总结能力，对流行趋势敏感； 3. 熟悉主流电商平台的运营玩法，具备系统的数据解读能力，前瞻性和统筹规划能力，对市场有敏锐的观察和判断能力； 4. 承压能力强、善于思考，具有良好的学习能力以及合作意识； 5. 英语可作为日常工作语言，海外留学背景作为加分项。
