我们正在寻找一位充满创意、具备商业眼光的门店设计负责人，全面负责品牌线下门店的空间设计与落地执行。您将从0到1主导每一个新店项目的空间规划、设计呈现与施工交付，打造符合品牌调性、提升消费者体验、兼具功能性与美感的门店空间。该岗位需要与品牌、市场、商品、工程、拓展等多个部门密切协作，并能与外部设计团队和施工单位高效沟通。 岗位职责： 1. 全面负责零售门店的空间设计工作，包括但不限于新开门店、改造门店、快闪店、展陈等项目； 2. 独立完成从概念设计到施工图、选材打样、现场施工支持等完整项目流程； 3. 主导设计标准与门店设计指南（Design Guidelines）的制定和优化，确保全球一致性与本地化结合； 4. 与拓展团队合作，根据选址条件进行空间评估与平面布局提案； 5. 与品牌、商品、视觉陈列团队协作，确保空间设计与品牌定位、产品展示策略一致； 6. 管理外部设计公司、施工团队及供应商，确保设计质量与项目交付进度； 7. 跟踪门店使用反馈，持续优化设计策略与门店体验； 8. 关注行业趋势，研究竞争品牌门店设计，定期输出设计洞察与策略建议。

1. 室内设计、建筑设计、空间设计等相关专业本科及以上学历； 2. 至少5年以上零售行业门店设计相关经验，具备完整独立负责项目的能力； 3. 熟悉商业空间设计流程，了解从设计到施工的各阶段管控； 4. 精通AutoCAD、SketchUp、Adobe Creative Suite等主流设计软件； 5. 有多店铺连锁零售品牌经验者优先，熟悉国际化品牌标准化管理流程优先； 6. 拥有快节奏、高强度项目管理经验，善于多项目并行推进； 7. 具备出色的沟通能力与跨团队协作能力，能有效整合内外部资源； 8. 具备国际视野，熟悉不同市场（如欧美、亚洲、中东）零售空间文化与设计差异者加分； 9. 有海外学习或工作经验优先； 10. 英语可作为工作语言优先。
