岗位职责 1、你将作为美国门店管理核心成员，协助店长全面负责门店运营： 2、协助店长负责美国门店的日常运营管理（销售、陈列、库存、人员排班等） 3、带领并培训本地店员，提升团队销售能力与服务体验 4、落实总部零售策略、促销活动及品牌标准在门店的执行 5、监控门店销售数据及运营指标，推动业绩持续增长 6、处理顾客关系及门店突发问题，维护品牌形象 7、作为中美团队之间的重要沟通桥梁，反馈一线市场信息

1、3 年及以上服装 / 时尚 / 快消零售门店管理经验 2、具备店长或副店长经验者优先 3、对海外工作有强烈意愿，能接受长期外派美国 4、执行力强，适应快节奏、多文化工作环境 5、具备一定英文基础（能进行日常工作沟通即可） 6、学习能力强，愿意从 0 到 1 参与海外门店成长
