1.1年以上全渠道达人直播运营经验，需有小红书/ 淘宝/抖音直播相关执行经验，熟悉平台规则及流量机制，有服饰类目成功案例者优先； 2.具备0-1冷启动经验，能独立完成直播间搭建、达人资源整合及ROI测算，自带达人资源有限； 3.强数据分析能力，Excel等工具进行数据可视化； 4.优秀的沟通协调能力，能高效对接达人、商品团队及外部服务商
