The posting

1.全生命周期项目管理：负责公司全球线下门店的工程落地管理。从租约签署前的现场勘测、技术条款评审，到设计深化、工程施工直至交付开业，进行全流程把控。 2.多方资源综合统筹：作为项目关键角色，统筹国内/海外设计团队、总包商、核心道具/材料供应商及内部运营、视觉陈列（VM）团队，确保设计方案高还原度落地。 3.海外本地化合规与报建：负责对接美国及海外各属地商场、物业及政府相关机构。主导或协助推进工程报建、消防/安全审批及最终验收流程，确保合规高效率。 4.现场品质与安全管控：通过远程监控与关键节点实地巡检相结合的方式，跟进施工现场执行，严控施工工艺、材料品质、安全规范，确保全球门店品牌形象标准的高度统一。 5.动态风险控制：制定严密的项目排期，具备敏锐的风险识别能力，针对海外施工工期延误、物料清关滞留等突发风险，能迅速制定替代预案，强力保障按期开业。 6.标准化沉淀：总结并迭代全球开店的标准化工程手册、工程验收标准及供应商评价机制，赋能品牌未来的规模化、矩阵式门店复制。

1.教育背景：本科及以上学历，工程管理、土木工程、建筑学、室内设计等相关专业优先。 2.工作经验：3年及以上知名零售/连锁品牌、商业空间或知名设计施工一体化公司的工程管理经验。 3.核心能力： （1）具备至少1-2个完整的美国（或海外其他国家）商业实体门店（特别是大型Shopping Mall / Premium Outlets）开店项目复盘经验。 （2）熟练掌握商业空间施工流程、道具结构、基础材料特性，具备极强的图纸审阅能力（熟练操作CAD、Excel等工具）。 （3）项目统筹力：具备出色的多项目并行管理能力（Multi-tasking），自驱力强，有跨文化、跨时区、多工种协同的实战经验。 （4）语言能力：英语可作为工作语言。需具备优秀的流利英文听说读写能力。 （5）抗压与适应力：执行力极强，能适应DTC品牌快速迭代、高不确定性的快节奏业务环境，具备优秀的抗压能力。 （6）出差要求：能够接受全球范围内的高频出差，或根据项目需要进行阶段性海外外派。
