岗位职责 1.制定和执行公司在TikTok Shop的整体商品、店铺运营策略，不断在渠道上推出爆品，同时配合公司多渠道库存管理，减少断货、避免积压； 2.对渠道商品毛利负责，把握平台营销节点、日常活动制定价格策略； 3.为店铺的各项指标负责，通过优化商品链接、商品评价来提高转化率、客单价； 4.配合组内红人营销、商业化投放团队，积极协同实现团队GMV&盈亏目标； 5.和独立站多部门（供应链、商品设计、运营等）保持沟通，支持公司发展。

岗位要求 1.本科及以上学历，国际经济、金融、市场营销等相关专业；欧美留学、工作经验加分；工作偶尔需要用英文沟通，英语听说读写能力优秀加分； 2.两年及以上电商运营经验，有抖音/TikTok Shop商品运营经验加分； 3.熟悉海外社交媒体与平台，熟悉各海外社交媒体涨粉的规则和算法； 4.热爱服装时尚，长期海外冲浪，了解欧美用户消费喜好和习惯； 5.具有非常突出的团队协作能力，保证高效沟通，共同推进项目进展； 5.具备非常优秀的数据分析能力，能够根据数据调整运营策略。
