商品信息设定与维护：负责TikTok Shop商品信息的设定与日常维护，包括主图、详情页（PDP）、标题及关键词等SEO优化工作，确保商品信息准确、规范且符合平台搜索逻辑。

库存数据监控与系统维护：监控店铺每日热销品库存数据，及时更新并维护数据系统，确保库存信息的准确性与实时性。

货盘选品与调拨跟进：负责跟进店铺货盘的前期选品工作及每周热销品的调拨安排，协调各方资源确保时效性，保障热销商品供应稳定。

商品卖点挖掘与素材优化：深入挖掘商品核心卖点，主导商品图片优化与视频拍摄等素材制作，提升商品吸引力与转化效率。

内容制作：协助生产社媒种草图片内容（实拍/AI），结合TikTok Shop平台特性与品牌风格进行内容输出，确保内容质量与品牌调性一致。

账号运营：定期定量发布图文/视频内容，跟踪产出内容的核心表现数据，以GMV及销售增长为目标持续提升内容质量，稳定账号转化，为内容优化积累经验与洞察。

全流程协作：接触并参与选品、红人投放及店铺运营全流程，与商品、内容、投放团队紧密协作，推动店铺整体经营效率提升。

1、本科及以上学历，英语6级及以上水平； 3、熟悉海外社媒及电商平台，对电商店铺运营和商品运营有一定了解； 4、具备良好的数据分析能力和责任心； 5、保证每周到岗4天及以上，至少能够实习3个月及以上。
