Als Beratungsunternehmen unterstützen wir unseren Kunden bei der Suche nach einer passenden Person, die Herausforderungen nicht als Hürde, sondern als spannende Möglichkeit zur Weiterentwicklung versteht.

Das erwartet dich:

  • Entwicklung, Bewertung und Dokumentation mechatronischer Systemkonzepte für Projektions- und Beleuchtungsoptiken in der Mikrolithografie
  • Modellierung, Simulation und Analyse komplexer mechatronischer Systeme mit Schwerpunkt auf Dynamik und Regelungstechnik
  • Entwicklung und Optimierung von Regelalgorithmen zur hochpräzisen Positionierung mechanischer Komponenten in optischen Systemen
  • Durchführung dynamischer Systemanalysen im Zeit- und Frequenzbereich sowie Validierung mathematischer Simulationsmodelle
  • Ableitung technischer Spezifikationen und Komponentenbudgets auf Grundlage von Simulationsergebnissen und Systemanforderungen
  • Koordination der Prototypenentwicklung, Durchführung von Funktionstests sowie Analyse und Bewertung der Versuchsergebnisse
  • Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Entwicklungsteams, internen und externen Kunden sowie technischen Entwicklungspartnern

Für diese Position sind bestimmte fachliche und persönliche Voraussetzungen hilfreich. Die folgenden Anforderungen geben dir einen Überblick darüber, welche Erfahrungen und Eigenschaften für diese Rolle von Vorteil sind.

Was du mitbringen solltest:

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Mechatronik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Technischer Kybernetik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung komplexer mechatronischer Systeme, idealerweise in der Halbleiterindustrie
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Regelungstechnik, Systemanalyse, Strukturdynamik sowie dynamischer Modellierung und Simulation
  • Erfahrung mit FEM, Mehrkörpersimulation (MBS), Modellvalidierung und sehr gute MATLAB-Kenntnisse
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Sensorik, Aktorik, Thermodynamik, Strömungsmechanik, Optik und Systems Engineering
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Organisations- und Stakeholder-Management-Kompetenzen
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie idealerweise gute Deutschkenntnisse
