Das erwartet dich:

  • Entwicklung und Bewertung von Verbindungstechnologien für optische, mechanische und elektrische Schnittstellen komplexer opto-mechatronischer Systeme.
  • Konstruktion und Optimierung von Steckverbindern, Kabeln, Glasfaser- und Hochgeschwindigkeitsverbindungen für anspruchsvolle technische Anwendungen.
  • Bewertung technischer Lösungen hinsichtlich Signalintegrität, Stromintegrität, EMV, Robustheit und Serienfertigungstauglichkeit.
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Entwicklungsprojekten einschließlich Spezifikation, Konstruktion, Verifizierung und Qualifizierung neuer Verbindungssysteme.
  • Abstimmung technischer Anforderungen und Schnittstellen mit internen Fachabteilungen, Lieferanten und externen Entwicklungspartnern.
  • Durchführung technischer Fehleranalysen, Bewertung von Entwicklungsrisiken und Unterstützung interdisziplinärer Teams bei komplexen Problemstellungen.
  • Erstellung und Prüfung technischer Dokumentationen, Spezifikationen, Prüfberichte und Abnahmekriterien zur Validierung neuer Verbindungstechnologien.

Für diese Position sind bestimmte fachliche und persönliche Voraussetzungen hilfreich. Die folgenden Anforderungen geben dir einen Überblick darüber, welche Erfahrungen und Eigenschaften für diese Rolle von Vorteil sind.

Was du mitbringen solltest:

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Elektronik, Mechatronik, Optoelektronik, Physik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung von Verbindungstechnologien, idealerweise im industriellen Hightech-Umfeld.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Hochgeschwindigkeitsverbindungen, Faseroptik, HF-Technologie sowie Steckverbinder- und Kabelkonstruktion.
  • Erfahrung in der Integration optischer und elektrischer Verbindungssysteme in komplexe elektronische Baugruppen.
  • Kenntnisse in Verifizierung, Qualifizierung und Fehleranalyse einschließlich Umwelt-, Zuverlässigkeits- und Belastungstests.
  • Erfahrung im Spezifikations-, Schnittstellen- und Lieferantenmanagement sowie ausgeprägte technische Kommunikations- und Problemlösungskompetenz.
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
