Als Beratungsunternehmen unterstützen wir unseren Kunden bei der Suche nach einer passenden Person, die Herausforderungen nicht als Hürde, sondern als spannende Möglichkeit zur Weiterentwicklung versteht.

Das erwartet dich:

  • Erstellung und Überarbeitung technischer Serviceunterlagen, insbesondere Montageanleitungen und Servicehandbücher für unterschiedliche Produkte mit bloXedia oder ISOdraw
  • Sicherstellung der Vollständigkeit, Aktualität und Praxistauglichkeit der technischen Dokumentation im Serviceumfeld
  • Recherche und verständliche Aufbereitung technischer Inhalte in enger Abstimmung mit den zuständigen Fachbereichen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Dokumentationsinhalten im Redaktionssystem sowie Optimierung interner Leitfäden und Prozesse
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften, länderspezifischer Anforderungen sowie relevanter Normen und Richtlinien
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen zu technischen Serviceunterlagen und Klärung dokumentationsbezogener Fragestellungen
  • Koordination von Übersetzungsaufträgen für technische Dokumentationen in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern

Für diese Position sind bestimmte fachliche und persönliche Voraussetzungen hilfreich. Die folgenden Anforderungen geben dir einen Überblick darüber, welche Erfahrungen und Eigenschaften für diese Rolle von Vorteil sind.

Was du mitbringen solltest:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Technischen Redaktion oder technische Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und Fähigkeit zur verständlichen Darstellung komplexer technischer Zusammenhänge
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in der technischen Dokumentation, Montage oder im technischen Service
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Redaktionssystemen sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit bloXedia
  • Grundkenntnisse in CAD- und Grafikprogrammen wie Solid Edge oder ISOdraw
  • Strukturierte, gewissenhafte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
