Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar as manutenções preventivas e corretivas mecânica, eletrônica e elétrica, assim como lubrificação, regulagens e calibragens em equipamentos industriais, aplicando conhecimentos técnicos, seguindo planos de manutenção e liderando pequenos grupos de trabalho, a fim de reduzir paradas não programadas e melhorar a eficiência operacional.Auxiliar em grupos de trabalho, diagnóstico de falhas em equipamentos e propor soluções técnicas. Utilizando instrumentos de medição e análise técnica, além de experiência prática, identificar rapidamente as causas de falhas e restaurar o funcionamento dos equipamentos.Executar inspeções de rotina para diagnosticar o estado de conservação e funcionamento dos equipamentos, realizando o cumprimento das atividades programadas, a fim de relatar as anormalidades encontradas na rotina de inspeções.Manter o correto preenchimento das documentações pertinentes à função, realizando os apontamentos nas ordens de manutenção no sistema SAP, log book’s, e documentação de garantia da qualidade, a fim de garantir os registros de forma legível e transparente. Anotar os reparos feitos, peças trocadas, e detalhamento das atividades realizadas nas ordens de manutenção no sistema SAP, gerando o histórico de intervenções e controle das intervenções realizadas.Executar práticas de manutenção baseadas em melhores padrões e procedimentos, seguindo normas internas e padrões do setor, ajustando conforme necessário, visando melhorar a eficiência e a segurança das operações de manutenção.Monitorar e analisar o desempenho dos equipamentos pós manutenção, coletando dados de operação e realizando ajustes finos nos equipamentos, afim de assegurar a confiabilidade e prolongar a vida útil dos ativos.Interpretar desenhos, esquemas elétricos e especificações técnicas, utilizando manuais técnicos do fabricante, catálogos técnicos e material técnico de suporte, visando agilidade, precisão e assegurar a confiabilidade da execução da manutenção.Manter equipamentos e unidade de trabalho organizada, zelar pela sua conservação, realizando a organização dos ambientes de trabalhos, equipamentos e ferramentas rotineiras de uso e comunicar eventuais problemas detectados.Realizar acompanhamento de testes de produção, constatar o adequado funcionamento e, em caso de teste de novo produto, as condições e possíveis limitações do equipamento, utilizando o conhecimento eletromecânico e visão geral do ativo, visando a retomada produtiva com a qualidade desejada.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Técnico completo: Eletromecânica ou Elétrica/Eletroeletrônica + Mecânica ou áreas correlatas.Desejável conhecimento em leitura e interpretação de manuais de máquinas, esquemas e desenhos técnicos, manutenção de circuitos eletrônicos e instrumentos de medição, soldagem em componentes eletrônicos, design de placas de circuito eletrônico.Disponibilidade para trabalhar no horário das 14h20 às 22h40 (segunda a sexta-feira) e 12h00 às 18h00 (sábado).Residir na região de Bauru-SP.Informações adicionaisNo processo pode ser aplicado teste técnico de acordo com a necessidade da área.Local: Bauru-SP.Horário de trabalho: Segunda a sexta-feira: 14h20 às 22h40 | Sábado: 12h00 às 18h00.
