CIMMYT está en busca de un profesional sobresaliente, auto motivado y orientado a resultados para el puesto de Auxiliar de Alojamiento para trabajar en el área de Hospitalidad dentro del Programa de Servicios Corporativos del CIMMYT.

La posición se encuentra en el campus de CIMMYT en Texcoco, Estado de México, ubicado a 45 km al noreste de la Ciudad de México, México.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Realizar limpieza de las diferentes áreas de alojamiento, incluyendo habitaciones y baños de manera rápida y discreta, bajo las indicaciones de su supervisor.
  • Garantizar la limpieza de dormitorios, departamentos y casas.
  • Limpiar y desinfectar baños.
  • Tender las camas y realizar el cambio de sábanas.
  • Limpiar las áreas comunes de los dormitorios.
  • Reportar al supervisor cualquier problema de mantenimiento, daño o artículo faltante.
  • Enviar ropa sucia a la lavandería y operar el equipo de lavandería o apoyar al personal que realice esta actividad cuando así sea requerido por su supervisor inmediato.
  • Reportar los materiales y utensilios necesarios para el trabajo, así como las necesidades de mantenimiento de las áreas asignadas.
  • Proporcionar apoyo en general a huéspedes y residentes.
  • Realizar las actividades del área que le sean asignados por su jefe inmediato.

Requirements

  • El titular del puesto debe contar con estudios mínimos a nivel primaria.
  • Experiencia similar en el puesto.
  • Poseer conocimiento del idioma inglés, representará una ventaja.
  • Se requiere disponibilidad de horario para rolar turnos, laborar fines de semana y días festivos, de acuerdo con las indicaciones del supervisor.
  • El candidato seleccionado debe de exhibir las siguientes competencias: Trabajo en Equipo, Proactividad en las relaciones interpersonales en un espacio productivo y Orientación al Servicio.
