Somos a Cinpal, atuamos na fabricação de autopeças para os mercados nacional e internacional. Instalados em Taboão da Serra (SP), produzimos soluções fundidas, forjadas e usinadas para montadoras de veículos pesados e para o mercado de reposição. Buscamos um(a) profissional para obter e analisar estatísticas sobre salários e benefícios, atuando de forma autônoma na tomada de decisões com base em sua experiência e conhecimento. Se você se identifica com esse perfil, venha fazer parte da nossa equipe!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar na definição e atualização das políticas de remuneração da empresa, assegurando alinhamento às práticas de mercado.Elaborar estudos de dimensionamento da estrutura de cargos e salários, incluindo simulações de alterações e seus impactos nos custos de pessoal, para subsidiar a gestão. Realizar análises salariais relacionadas à estrutura de cargos, fornecendo subsídios para o planejamento de sucessões e ciclos de desempenho. Elaborar e gerir o orçamento de pessoal da companhia. Participar e monitorar iniciativas de programas de recompensa e reconhecimento de curto e longo prazo. Executar controles internos da área e atender às demandas de auditorias internas e externas. Conduzir projetos relacionados à área de Remuneração. Estruturar e gerir indicadores da área, como aderência ao orçamento e ao headcount planejado. Gerir e aprovar vagas, garantindo o capacity planning do time de operações.
