City Cave Float & Wellness Centre is coming to Melbourne!

We are on the search for a Centre Manager to lead our City Cave Braybrook Centre, opening soon. The centre is our FIRST corporate owned centre in Victoria.

City Cave Float & Wellness Centres aims to build healthier communities through services that support the mental and physical wellbeing of our clients through Float Therapy, Infrared Saunas and Massage services. About the opportunity

We are opening our doors at City Cave Braybrook and have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Centre Manager to lead our newest centre to success. This role will be responsible to oversee all areas of centre operations through leading and coaching your team, driving sales growth, and executing operational requirements to deliver excellence across the centre. This role will suit someone who loves to support our clients through exceptional customer service ensuring the best City Cave experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall operational control of the City Cave Centre.
  • Driving sales and second line of income targets.
  • Complete daily and weekly reports for management.
  • Administration and Diary Management.
  • Respond to all customer feedback and enquiries promptly.
  • Ensure all facilities and services are in a safe and operational capacity.
  • Ensure that the customer service needs and expectations are exceeded daily.
  • Ensure the facility remains clean and well presented at all times.
  • Recruitment and new staff inductions to centre.
  • Massage Therapist Management.
  • Brand compliance.
  • Supplier Communication.
