Realizar o lançamento, conferência e controle das contas de consumo, insumos e demais despesas da departamento, garantindo a acuracidade das informações financeiras e a conformidade com as normas internas da companhia;

· Efetuar o acompanhamento dos prazos de pagamento e vencimento das obrigações financeiras sob sua responsabilidade, assegurando a pontualidade dos pagamentos e evitando impactos como multas, juros ou interrupção de serviços essenciais;

Apoiar a interface com fornecedores e prestadores de serviços, realizando contatos operacionais e acompanhando demandas, garantindo a continuidade dos serviços contratados e a resolução ágil de inconsistências ou pendências; prestar suporte administrativo aos clientes internos e externos, organização das solicitações e boa experiência dos usuários e visitantes;

· Apoiar a organização, controle e arquivamento de documentos administrativos físicos e digitais, garantindo a rastreabilidade das informações, segurança dos registros e fácil acesso quando necessário;

Realizar o levantamento das necessidades de materiais e insumos da obra, efetuando as solicitações conforme demanda. Acompanhar o recebimento dos materiais, realizando a conferência quantitativa e qualitativa para garantir a conformidade com o solicitado, bem como assegurar o correto armazenamento e organização dos itens nos locais apropriados, contribuindo para o controle dos estoques e a disponibilidade dos recursos necessários à operação..

· Manter comunicação operacional com os demais departamentos, garantindo alinhamento entre áreas e fluidez no atendimento das demandas administrativas e financeiras da organização;

· Apoiar iniciativas e projetos internos de melhoria de processos administrativos, contribuindo para a eficiência operacional e a evolução contínua das rotinas da área;

· Cumprir os Regimentos Internos, bem como os Regulamentos e Normas que regem a atuação da companhia;
