Executar atividades administrativas e operacionais de apoio às áreas de Almoxarifado, Logística e Frotas, atuando no controle de estoques, recebimento e movimentação de materiais, gestão de ferramentas e suporte aos processos internos da empresa.

· Atualizar cadastros de materiais, produtos, insumos, equipamentos e serviços por meio do sistema de gestão, visando garantir a integridade e confiabilidade das informações.

· Receber, conferir, identificar, registrar e armazenar materiais, verificando notas fiscais e demais documentos pertinentes, observando os procedimentos internos de armazenagem.

· Separar, entregar e registrar a movimentação de materiais, equipamentos e ferramentas, mantendo a rastreabilidade e o controle dos itens em estoque.

· Auxiliar no controle dos estoques, realizando conferências físicas, inventários periódicos e acompanhando as movimentações de entrada e saída de materiais.

· Inserir e atualizar informações em sistemas, planilhas e relatórios administrativos, garantindo a precisão e atualização dos registros.

· Fornecer informações básicas e direcionar solicitações aos departamentos responsáveis, quando necessário.

· Realizar o cadastro e a atualização de informações de clientes, fornecedores e prestadores de serviços, conforme orientações e necessidades da empresa.

· Apoiar as atividades administrativas das áreas de Almoxarifado, Planejamento, Logística e Frotas.

· Acompanhar o recebimento de materiais e equipamentos junto a fornecedores e transportadoras, comunicando divergências e apoiando sua regularização.

· Organizar e manter arquivos físicos e eletrônicos relacionados aos controles de estoque, movimentação de materiais e documentação logística.

· Apoiar o controle e a gestão de ferramentas, equipamentos e ativos sob responsabilidade da empresa.

· Realizar o encaminhamento de veículos para oficinas, concessionárias, fornecedores e prestadores de serviços, acompanhando manutenções preventivas e corretivas, revisões, documentações e demais necessidades operacionais da frota.

Executar atividades externas relacionadas aos processos administrativos e logísticos da empresa, quando necessário.

FORMAÇÃO:

· Ensino Técnico ou superior em andamento em Administração e/ou áreas afins.

· Habilitação categoria B

EXPERIÊNCIA:

· O cargo requer vivência anterior em atividades administrativas em geral.
