Objective

Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on opening doors, building relationships, and closing new business?

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you'll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to proposal presentations and closing new accounts. What You'll Do

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and relationship building.
  • Schedule and conduct sales appointments with prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and present customized facility service solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed agreement.
  • Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of prospecting activity each week.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and client communications.
  • Maintain a targeted prospect list and consistently build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Consistently work toward sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of successful B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Driven, self-motivated "hunter" mentality
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and follow-up abilities
  • Experience using CRM platforms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required with relevant experience.
