Key Responsibilities

● Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our customer base.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing business clients.

● Understand customers’ business needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.

● Conduct sales presentations, follow up on enquiries, and convert prospects into customers.

● Work towards individual and team sales targets.

● Keep up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotional campaigns.

● Address customer enquiries and objections professionally, providing excellent service and after-sales support.

● Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.

Job Requirements

● Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to achieve sales targets.

● Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

● Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve.

● Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

● Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills.

● Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
