City Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM FIAT of Brookfield is hiring an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead, coach, and develop our dealership sales team.

We’re looking for a proven automotive sales leader who knows how to drive traffic, work leads, close deals, develop salespeople, and consistently hit sales goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the automotive sales team
  • Set and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
  • Monitor individual and team performance and hold employees accountable for results
  • Help structure, desk, and close vehicle deals
  • Work directly with customers to overcome objections and close sales
  • Manage and follow up on internet leads, phone leads, emails, and showroom traffic
  • Ensure leads are handled quickly and effectively through the dealership CRM
  • Monitor lead follow-up, appointment setting, show rates, and closing performance
  • Support pricing, trade-in, and deal-structure decisions
  • Partner with the F&I department to create an efficient sales-to-finance process
  • Recruit, train, and develop top automotive sales talent
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM, and FIAT vehicles and programs
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
  • Lead by example with professionalism, energy, accountability, and a strong work ethic

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous Automotive Sales Manager, New Car Sales Manager, Used Car Sales Manager, or dealership sales leadership experience
  • Strong automotive retail and dealership sales knowledge
  • Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop sales professionals
  • Experience working and closing automotive sales leads
  • Strong understanding of dealership CRM and lead-management processes
  • Experience with vehicle desking, deal structuring, and closing
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
  • Ability to set expectations and hold a sales team accountable
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High energy and a competitive mindset
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Coachability and a willingness to continuously improve
  • Team-first leadership style
