Ein Abschluss ist für dich nie das Ende, sondern der Anfang einer echten Kundenbeziehung. Du sprichst bestehende sowie potenzielle Kunden aktiv an, überzeugst sie von unseren datenbasierten Lösungen und begleitest bereichsübergreifende Projekte von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung. Dabei baust du langfristige Partnerschaften auf – ob mit Agenturen, Corporates oder Verbänden.

Auch bei parallelen Projekten behältst du souverän den Überblick und bleibst die zentrale Vertrauensperson für deine Kunden. Bei Civey übernimmst du genau diese Rolle: Du treibst unser Kundengeschäft im Consulting voran und machst aus ersten Anfragen nachhaltigen Erfolg.

Your new Job

  • Account Management & Beratung: Du betreust bestehende Kunden (Agenturen, Corporates, Verbände) als feste Ansprechperson, berätst sie auf abwechslungsreichen Projekten und baust die Beziehungen durch gezieltes Cross- und Upselling langfristig aus.
  • Projektabwicklung & Methodik: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung von der Bedarfsermittlung über die konzeptionelle und strategische Vorbereitung der Datenerhebung bis hin zum operativen Projektmanagement der Aufträge.
  • Neukundengewinnung & Inbound: Ergänzend baust Du dein Kundenportfolio weiter aus, indem du z. B. eingehende Homepage-Anfragen qualifizierst und Messe-Leads nachverfolgst.
  • Networking & Repräsentation: Du vertrittst Civey auf Netzwerkveranstaltungen, Messen und Events, um neue Kontakte zu knüpfen und dein Netzwerk zu pflegen.

Your Talents

  • Erfahrung: Du bringst fundierte Berufserfahrung in der B2B-Kundenbetreuung oder im Sales mit – idealerweise aus einem Agentur-, Corporate-, Tech- oder Start-up-Umfeld.
  • Kommunikation & Präsentation: Du kommunizierst überzeugend auf allen Ebenen (persönlich, telefonisch sowie in Präsentationen) und verstehst es, andere für deine Ideen zu gewinnen.
  • Kunden- & Bedarfsorientierung: Du denkst absolut kundenorientiert, erkennst die Wünsche deiner Ansprechpartner rasch und übersetzt diese passgenau in die richtigen Leistungsangebote.
  • Beziehungsaufbau: Es macht dir Spaß, proaktiv Netzwerke aufzubauen und langfristige Geschäftsbeziehungen zu pflegen.
  • Motivation & Arbeitsweise: Ein bonusorientiertes Modell spornst dich an. Auch bei hoher Dynamik bleibst du gelassen, organisierst dich strukturiert und findest kreative Lösungen.
  • Sprachen: Du verfügst über einwandfreie Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und sprichst sehr gutes Englisch.
