Du willst Projekte eigenständig vorantreiben und unseren Kund:innen mit deinen Analysen einen echten Vorsprung im Markt verschaffen? Als Research Consultant bei Civey leitest du quantitative Forschungsprojekte von der Konzeption bis zur Ergebnispräsentation. Du entwickelst tragfähige Studiendesigns und bringst komplexe Zusammenhänge klar auf den Punkt. Mit deiner Expertise unterstützt du unsere Kund:innen aus Politik, Wirtschaft und Medien dabei, auf Basis fundierter Daten belastbare strategische Entscheidungen zu treffen.

Dein neuer Job

  • Du planst, steuerst und betreust nationale und internationale quantitative Markt- und Meinungsforschungsstudien im Auftrag unserer Kund:innen – vom Studiendesign bis zur Ergebnispräsentation
  • Dabei begleitest du unsere Kunden mit deiner Expertise. Du bist methodische:r Ansprechpartner:in, insbesondere in der Fragebogenentwicklung und der Umsetzung des Studiendesigns
  • Du verantwortest die Umsetzung der Studien in unserem Live-System und sorgst für eine hohe Datenqualität
  • Du leitest klare Erkenntnisse aus den erhobenen Daten ab, bringst Ergebnisse auf den Punkt und präsentierst diese souverän beim Kunden
  • Gemeinsam mit unserem Vertriebsteam entwickelst du individuelle Lösungen, die unsere Kund:innen begeistern
  • Du arbeitest mit Unternehmens- und Agenturkunden aus vielfältigen Branchen zusammen

Deine Talente

  • Du verfügst über fundierte Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in einem Marktforschungs- oder Beratungsunternehmen
  • Du fühlst Dich sicher in der Welt der quantitativen Studien: Entweder weil Du sie in deinem Berufsleben eigenständig geplant und umgesetzt hast oder weil Du auf Kundenseite ein intensiver Anwender warst und sie in deiner Organisation vermitteln musstest.
  • Du bist eine ambitionierte und lernwillige Persönlichkeit und willst Dich in neue technische Herangehensweisen und Marktforschungs-Verfahren einarbeiten.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Kundenkommunikation und kannst komplexe Sachverhalte souverän und verständlich präsentieren
  • Du verfügst über ein sehr gutes statistisches Verständnis und ein ausgeprägtes Sprachgefühl
  • Du arbeitest präzise und selbstorganisiert
  • Du verfügst über einwandfreie Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
