Das kannst du gestalten

  • Du begleitest Dienstleistungskundinnen und -kunden beim Aufbau und bei der Einrichtung ihrer ZEV- und VEWA-Objekte und berätst sie zuverlässig.
  • Du stellst den reibungslosen Betrieb über den gesamten Lebenszyklus sicher und koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit Kundschaft, Lieferanten, lokalen Verteilnetzbetreibern, Eigentümerschaft und Verwaltung.
  • Du analysierst Datenabweichungen, entwickelst passende Lösungen und sicherst eine hohe Daten- und Prozessqualität – von der Pflege der Stamm- und Messdaten bis zur Rechnungsstellung.
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung in Optimierungs- und Prozessverbesserungsprojekten und förderst den Wissenstransfer durch Schulungen im Team und bei der Kundschaft.
  • Du begleitest das agile Team als Team Coach: Du förderst Lean-Agile-Prinzipien nach SAFe, eine vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit und die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Arbeitsweisen.
  • Du moderierst Team-Events wie Planung, Reviews und Retrospektiven, unterstützt bei Hindernissen und Konflikten und coachst Teammitglieder sowie Product Owner in der Zusammenarbeit mit Anspruchsgruppen.

Das macht dich aus

  • Du verfügst über einen anerkannten Abschluss auf Tertiärstufe, beispielsweise einen eidgenössischen Fachausweis oder einen Bachelorabschluss in technischer und/oder kaufmännischer Richtung.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung als Scrum Master, Team Coach oder in einer vergleichbaren agilen Rolle mit; Kenntnisse von SAFe sind besonders willkommen.
  • Du moderierst gerne Workshops und Team-Events, kommunizierst wertschätzend und findest gemeinsam mit anderen konstruktive Lösungen für Herausforderungen.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, kundenorientiert und mit Freude an datengetriebenen Prozessen und unterschiedlichen Schnittstellen.
  • Idealerweise kennst du die Energiewirtschaft sowie das ZEV-/VEWA-Umfeld oder die Nebenkostenabrechnung.
  • Du kommunizierst sehr gut auf Deutsch und Englisch.
