Das kannst du gestalten

  • Du führst und begleitest situativ zugeteilte Mitarbeitende und Lernende bei Bau- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Schaltanlagen in Unterwerken und Unterstationen.
  • Du planst, koordinierst und überwachst Instandhaltungen sowie Neu- und Umbauten und stellst eine fachgerechte Ausführung sicher.
  • Du organisierst Arbeitsprogramme, meldest Ressourcenbedarf an und koordinierst Ausschaltungen mit der Netzleitstelle.
  • Du richtest Arbeitsplätze nach den Sicherheitsregeln ein, erkennst Gefahren frühzeitig und setzt geeignete Schutzmassnahmen um.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Störungssuche und Diagnose von Schaltanlagen, zum Beispiel bei Messaufbauten.
  • Du pflegst Fahrzeuge, Werkzeuge und Maschinen, hältst Anlagendokumentationen aktuell und arbeitest mit den definierten Prozessen und Systemen.

Das macht dich aus

  • Du hast eine Berufsausbildung als Elektroinstallateur/in EFZ, Netzelektriker/in EFZ, Elektromechaniker/in oder eine vergleichbare elektromechanische Qualifikation.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Neu-, Umbau oder in der Instandhaltung von Schaltanlagen mit und arbeitest sorgfältig, selbständig sowie strukturiert.
  • Du kommunizierst klar, arbeitest gerne mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen zusammen und unterstützt dein Team im Arbeitsalltag.
  • Du kennst die Bedeutung von Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheitsschutz sowie geltenden Normen und setzt Schutzmassnahmen konsequent um.
  • Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, einen Führerausweis der Kategorie B und Grundkenntnisse in MS Office.
  • Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung in einer fachlichen Leitungsfunktion, eine Weiterbildung wie Leitende/r Monteur/in VSE, die Schaltberechtigung Stufe B oder einen Führerausweis der Kategorie D1. Die Bereitschaft zu geplanten Wochenend- und Nachteinsätzen bringst du mit.
