El Rol

El Ingeniero de Producción es responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de producción mediante la optimización de procesos, la administración eficiente de recursos y el liderazgo de iniciativas de mejora continua. Esta posición contribuye directamente al logro de los indicadores de seguridad, calidad, productividad y servicio al cliente, garantizando una operación estable y eficiente.

Lo Que Harás (Áreas de Impacto)

Excelencia Operativa

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento del programa de producción y los objetivos operativos del área asignada.
  • Monitorear y analizar indicadores de desempeño para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
  • Coordinar recursos humanos, materiales y equipos para garantizar la continuidad operativa.
  • Implementar acciones orientadas a la reducción de desperdicios y optimización de procesos.

Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente

  • Promover una cultura de seguridad mediante el cumplimiento de políticas y procedimientos corporativos.
  • Liderar investigaciones de incidentes y asegurar la implementación de acciones correctivas y preventivas.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos ambientales y de seguridad ocupacional.

Calidad y Mejora Continua

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad y especificaciones de producto.
  • Liderar análisis de causa raíz y planes de acción derivados de desviaciones de proceso.
  • Participar y liderar proyectos Lean Manufacturing, TPM y otras iniciativas de mejora continua.
  • Impulsar la estandarización y optimización de procesos productivos.

Liderazgo y Desarrollo de Equipos

  • Proporcionar soporte técnico y operativo al personal de producción.
  • Desarrollar las competencias técnicas del equipo mediante capacitación y acompañamiento.
  • Fomentar una cultura de colaboración, responsabilidad y orientación a resultados.

Lo Que Aportarás (Calificaciones)

  • Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Mecatrónica, Química o afín.
  • Experiencia en manufactura y operaciones de producción.
  • Conocimiento de Lean Manufacturing, TPM, análisis de causa raíz y herramientas de mejora continua.
  • Experiencia trabajando con indicadores de desempeño y sistemas de gestión de calidad.
  • Conocimiento de sistemas ERP y herramientas de Microsoft Office.
  • Inglés intermedio a avanzado.
  • Deseable experiencia en industria automotriz o manufactura de alto volumen.

  • Posición presencial en planta.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en un entorno de manufactura.
  • Disponibilidad para viajes ocasionales relacionados con proyectos, capacitación o implementación de mejores prácticas.
