Co bude účelem pracovní pozice:

Účelem pracovního místa je optimalizace, standardizace a stabilizace procesu daného úseku výroby (předvýroba, montáž, formace)

a zavádění nových výrobků (produktů) a technologií (procesů).

Jaká bude Vaše pracovní náplň:

  • Spolupráce v oblasti zavádění nových výrobních procesů, přímá podpora během zkušebního provozu, ověřování nových výrobních procesů během sériové výroby.
  • Zajištění a koordinace změn technologických a výrobních procesů, spolupráce na změnách výrobků.
  • Spolupráce na zavádění automatizace, digitalizace výrobních procesů a AI nástrojů.
  • Optimalizace technologických a výrobních procesů za účelem jejich zefektivnění, snižování nákladů a zvyšování množství a kvality produkce.
  • Zajištění a koordinace technologické přípravy výroby s ostatními výrobními a nevýrobními středisky.
  • Tvorba a spolupráce na tvorbě technických specifikací, požadavkových listů a pracovních instrukcí.
  • Analýza výrobních dat, řešení nápravných opatření ve výrobě, úsilí o minimalizace chyb a odchylek výrobních procesů.
  • Kontrola a nastavení výrobních parametrů strojního zařízení a výrobních linek.
  • Průběžná kontrola dodržení technologických a výrobních postupů.
  • Spolupráce a koordinace na procesech údržby.
  • Doporučení a příprava technických podkladů pro opravy strojního zařízení a výrobních linek.
  • Tvorba a správa analýzy rizik v rámci výrobních procesů.
  • Tvorba a správa příslušné dokumentace, včetně technických výkresů.
  • Podpora při školení operátorů a techniků v nových procesech a technologiích.
  • Komunikace a spolupráce s ME, PE, ostatními závody EMEA, dodavateli strojů a zařízení na mezinárodní úrovni.

Jaké znalosti a zkušenosti byste měli mít:

  • SŠ technického směru s maturitou a minimálně 5 let praxe ve výrobním podniku
  • Znalost čtení a tvorby technické dokumentace a výkresů
  • Znalost práce v konstrukčních programech (CAD)
  • Znalost práce s počítačem (Office 365)
  • Znalost anglické jazyka na komunikativní úrovni (B1-B2)
  • Zodpovědnost a spolehlivost
  • Schopnost týmové i samostatné práce
  • Komunikační a organizační schopnosti
  • Proaktivní přístup a ochota hledat řešení
  • Manuální zručnost
