El Rol

El propósito del rol es controlar los inventarios de materia prima, material de decorado y empaque, material en proceso y misceláneos, tanto en las instalaciones de Optima México como en los almacenes externos. Contribuye directamente al cumplimiento de los objetivos del área y del negocio al garantizar el surtimiento oportuno a líneas de producción y asegurar una calificación de 100 en el indicador de servicio al cliente, promoviendo la mejora continua y la sustentabilidad del departamento.

Lo que harás (Áreas de Impacto)

  • Gestión estratégica: Administrar los sistemas de gestión del departamento (Innovación, IATF, BASC, Safe Start). Colaborar con Servicio al Cliente y Producción para mantener eficiencia operativa y satisfacción total. Desarrollar al personal del área para sostener el desempeño y crecimiento del equipo.
  • Operación y control: Controlar entradas y salidas de producto terminado, materia prima y material de empaque. Realizar inventarios para medir variación y sustitución. Cumplir legislación ambiental para manejo y embarque de residuos peligrosos. Implementar rotación de producto bajo esquema FIFO. Generar y actualizar el programa de transportes de la planta y garantizar embarques con factor de carga adecuado. Gestionar la remisión y facturación de productos para control operativo.
  • Colaboración: Mantener comunicación efectiva con Jefatura de Áreas y Gerencia de Planta (clientes internos). Relación directa con Plantas de Baterías y Transportistas (clientes externos). Supervisar equipos de alto desempeño y personal de montacarguistas, asegurando disponibilidad constante de material.

  • Calificación de 100 en indicador de servicio al cliente.
  • Cumplimiento total en auditorías IATF, ISO 14001 y BASC.
  • Reducción de variación en inventarios y mejora en rotación FIFO.
  • Optimización del factor de carga en embarques conforme al presupuesto.
  • Proactividad y enfoque a resultados al actuar como asesor confiable.
  • Desarrollo del equipo y aportación a la sustentabilidad del departamento.

Competencias Clave

  • Manejo de personal operativo de al menos 10 personas con rol de turnos.
  • Manejo de estrés y disponibilidad para atener llamadas 24/7
  • Colaboración y comunicación efectiva.

Lo que aportas (Calificaciones)

  • Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Logística, Administración, Comercio, Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Industrial y de Sistemas, Industrial Administrador o afín.
  • Ingles intermedio
  • Experiencia: al menos 1 año de experiencia en operaciones de almacenes, programación de transporte, tráfico,, manufactura, ingeniería, logística, control de inventarios y embarques. Manejo de grupos de personal operativo, incidencias de nóminas en Industria Automotriz preferentemente. Disponibilidad de horarios indispensable.
  • Conocimientos: Control de inventarios MRP. Manejo de sustancias y residuos peligrosos. Normativas IATF, ISO 14001, Safe Start. Análisis estadístico de variación de procesos. Excel avanzado.
  • Habilidades: Integridad, diversidad e inclusión, orientación al cliente, foco en resultados, análisis, proactividad, servicio y comunicación efectiva.
  • Idiomas: Inglés 80%.
