Als Commercial Contract Manager (w/m/d) bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Sales, Legal und Finance. Du stellst sicher, dass kommerzielle Verträge korrekt und wirtschaftlich sauber aufgesetzt sind, behältst Zahlen, Fristen und nächste Schritte im Blick und sorgst dafür, dass Themen konsequent weiterlaufen.

Kurz gesagt: Wir suchen einen kommunikationsstarken Macher (m/w/d), der Genauigkeit und Zahlenaffinität mitbringt, gerne Verantwortung übernimmt und Lust hat, Prozesse mitzugestalten und mithilfe moderner Tools und KI weiterzuentwickeln.

Aufgaben

Vertragsmanagement & Schnittstellen

  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Weiterentwicklung kommerzieller Vertragsvorlagen in Zusammenarbeit mit Sales und Legal
  • Sorgfältiger Check von Formulierungen, Konditionen und Zahlen
  • Führung von und Unterstützung bei Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Proaktives Nachhalten und eigenständiges Vorantreiben offener Themen
  • Koordination unterschiedlicher Ansprechpartner (m/w/d)

Zahlen & Reporting

  • Aufbereitung und Analyse von Vertrags- und Budgetdaten
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Reports und Auswertungen
  • Sicherstellung der korrekten Integration von Vertragsdaten in die Budgetplanung

Prozesse & Weiterentwicklung

  • Identifikation von Optimierungs- und Automatisierungspotenzialen
  • Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Tools und Trackings
  • Effizientere Gestaltung unserer Arbeitsabläufe mithilfe moderner Technologien und KI
  • Mitwirkung an Projekten, Audits und Ad-hoc-Anfragen

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise im Bereich Wirtschaftsrecht, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finance oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Vertragsmanagement, Sales Support, Sales Controlling oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
  • Sehr genaue, strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Zahlenaffinität und einem guten Auge für Details
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Gespür im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: Du wartest nicht ab, sondern stößt die nächsten Schritte selbst an und hältst Themen konsequent nach
  • Freude an Prozess- und Projektmanagement sowie an der Weiterentwicklung von Abläufen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Interesse an Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und KI
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
