The Role You’ll Play:

ClassPass is growing fast in Brazil, and we’re looking for someone to help lead that growth in São Paulo. As an Associate Field Account Executive, you’ll connect the city’s most exciting fitness, wellness, and food & beverage businesses to the ClassPass community, helping them reach new customers while giving our members more ways to move, recharge, and enjoy their city.

  • Hunt in every channel. Prospect in person and online, tap into your network, and build a strong pipeline across fitness, wellness, and food & beverage. You’ll be in the field at least twice a week, meeting partners where they are.
  • Master your territory. Get to know São Paulo inside out: its neighborhoods, the brands people love, and the trends shaping how the city moves. That knowledge helps you find the right partners to bring into our community and make the platform stronger for everyone.
  • Be the go-to name. Become a trusted presence in the local scene. You stay close to partners, follow up with purpose, and build relationships that grow over time.
  • Own the deal, start to finish. From the first pitch to the signed contract to launch day, you guide each partner through the journey, tailoring your approach to their goals and turning questions into opportunities.
  • Run a tight pipeline. Keep Salesforce organized and up to date, so you always know where each deal stands and what comes next.
  • Chase the number, then beat it. Own your monthly targets and KPIs, celebrate the wins, and keep finding new ways to drive impact.

Experience You Bring:

  • Based in São Paulo and excited to be in the field at least twice a week
  • Advanced English
  • 2+ years in your sales career, in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
  • A confident communicator who loves meeting new people and taking on a challenge
  • Organized and detail oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
  • Resilient, open to feedback, and always looking to grow
  • Familiar with on-premise businesses like gyms, studios, spas, restaurants, and cafés, and genuinely interested in how they work
  • Comfortable handling objections and creative when it comes to closing
  • Motivated by targets, wins, and a little friendly competition
