Als CLBR Consulting staan wij onze klant bij in het rekruteren van nieuwe werknemers. Onze klanten zijn werkgevers die mensen aanwerven met een contract van onbepaalde duur en zonder interim periode. Wij doen een eerste gesprek met jou ter ondersteuning van onze klant en als het enthousiasme langs beide kanten even groot is heb je meteen een gesprek met de persoon die aanwerft.

In deze post werken wij voor een technisch bedrijf in Antwerpen met meer dan 650 werknemers in 7 vestigingen. 6 daarvan zijn gelegen in België, 1 in Polen ( Koszalin ). Met hun capaciteit en kennis van zijn ze in staat om totaal oplossingen aan te bieden ! Binnen de Industrial Solutions Unit bestaat dit uit: MES, Process Automation, E&I (incl. uitvoering door eigen team), Hardware Engineering, Project Management.

Vandaag zoeken wij een Projectleider Automatisering voor regio Wommelgem om ons team te versterken en verder te kunnen groeien als bedrijf.

Jouw dagelijkse taken:

  • Breng jouw kennis en expertise aan tafel om bij te dragen aan industriële automatiseringsoplossingen.
  • Leid projecten naar een succesvolle oplevering, waarbij kwaliteit, veiligheid, tijd en budget tot in de puntjes worden beheerd.
  • Werk hand in hand met collega’s binnen je team om projecten efficiënt te realiseren.
  • Onderhoud contacten met alle betrokken partijen, zowel intern als extern, om een vlotte samenwerking te garanderen.
  • Neem het voortouw in het beheer van projectbudgetten en houd financiële aspecten nauwlettend in de gaten.
  • Rapporteer aan de Managing Director en fungeer als dé aanspreekpersoon voor werfleiders ter plaatse.

Wie ben jij?

  • Master- of Bachelordiploma Ingenieurswetenschappen met optie elektriciteit of automatisering.
  • Ervaring in het managen van industriële projecten is een pluspunt.
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en bij voorkeur ook Engels.
  • Bezit een rijbewijs B, gezien de functie 80% een bureaufunctie is en de overige tijd on site bij de klant wordt doorgebracht.
