Als CLBR Consulting staan wij onze klant bij in het rekruteren van nieuwe werknemers. Onze klanten zijn werkgevers die mensen aanwerven met een contract van onbepaalde duur en zonder interim periode. Wij doen een eerste gesprek met jou ter ondersteuning van onze klant en als het enthousiasme langs beide kanten even groot is heb je meteen een gesprek met de persoon die aanwerft.

In deze vacature werken wij voor een technisch bedrijf in Antwerpen met meer dan 200 werknemers. Dankzij hun expertise en uitgebreide capaciteit bieden ze totaaloplossingen, van concept tot realisatie, voor uiteenlopende complexe projecten in de elektrotechnische sector. Onze collega’s, van techniekers tot engineers en projectleiders, hebben zelf ervaring op de werf. Je wordt dus omringd door mensen met expertise. De projecten waarop ze actief zijn, zijn geen standaard bouwprojecten. Het gaat hier om vooruitstrevende miljoenenprojecten waar de meest moderne technieken worden geïnstalleerd!

Jouw dagelijkse taken:

  • Verantwoordelijk zijn voor het dagelijkse beheer van de werf en het aansturen van je eigen team. Je geeft duidelijke instructies aan arbeiders en onderaannemers, dat ervoor zorgt dat de projecten nauwkeurig en gestructureerd kunnen verlopen.
  • Je denkt vooruit en weet dat een goede voorbereiding problemen op de werf kunnen voorkomen. Je maakt een duidelijke planning
  • Nauwe samenwerking met onze projectmanager, je communiceert duidelijk en vertaalt de instructies naar de collega’s op de werf.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor het bestellen van materiaal
  • Naast de werfopvolging, zal je ongeveer 40 % bezig zijn met de werfadministratie.

Wie ben jij?

  • Ervaring als ploegbaas of werfleider op grote projecten op vlak van industriële elektriciteit? We gaan graag in gesprek met jou!
  • Verantwoordelijkheid opnemen en een passie voor techniek zijn een must!
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B om je te verplaatsen naar de projecten. We houden hierbij rekening met je woonplaats.
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en Engels is een must om te communiceren met collega’s en onderaannemers
  • VCA-attest, andere attesten zijn mooi meegenomen!
