Wij zijn een freelance recruitmentpartner die organisaties ondersteunt in het aantrekken van nieuwe collega’s. Jouw dagelijkse taken:

  • Als winkelverantwoordelijke draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid over de winkel, met focus op een sterke klantenbeleving en commerciële resultaten. De winkel wordt echt gezien als jouw winkel, met ruimte voor eigen initiatief en beslissingen. Zo mag je bv een modeshow of event opzetten in je winkel😉
  • Je coacht en motiveert het winkelteam en werkt zelf actief mee op de vloer. Lead by example. Je inspireert door je aanpak en tilt je mensen en de winkel naar een hoger niveau.
  • Opvolging van cijfers, targets, planning en operationele werking gebeurt in overleg met de district manager, met vertrouwen, ondersteuning en duidelijke communicatie.

Wie ben jij?

  • Ambitie om een eigen winkel te runnen en verantwoordelijkheid te dragen.

  • Flexibiliteit en bereidheid om te werken op drukke dagen, zoals zaterdag en zondag.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal vlot.
