Descrição da Vaga:

Estamos buscando um(a) Analista de Suporte de Jr para integrar nossa equipe e atuar no atendimento e suporte técnico a usuários, garantindo o funcionamento adequado dos sistemas e infraestrutura de TI de clientes. O(a) profissional terá um papel essencial na resolução de problemas técnicos e na melhoria contínua do ambiente tecnológico.

Responsabilidades:

• Realizar atendimento de primeiro nível aos clientes via telefone, e-mail e ferramenta de chamados.

• Registrar, atualizar e acompanhar chamados garantindo cumprimento de SLA e retorno ao cliente.

• Apoiar na análise, tratativa e escalonamento de incidentes, problemas e requisições.

• Executar procedimentos padrão relacionados a suporte técnico, virtualização, backup e infraestrutura básica.

• Apoiar na atualização de documentações, bases de conhecimento e registros operacionais.

• Coletar feedbacks e apoiar na análise de satisfação dos clientes.

• Atuar de forma colaborativa com equipes internas e fabricantes quando necessário.

Requisitos:

• Superior completo ou cursando últimos períodos em áreas de Tecnologia da Informação.

• Experiência prévia com suporte técnico, service desk, help desk ou pós-venda em TI.

• Vivência com ferramentas de chamados e rotinas de atendimento ao cliente.

• Conhecimento básico em Windows, Linux, virtualização, backup, storage e redes.

• Conhecimento básico de Excel e pacote Office.

• Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.

• Perfil organizado, proativo, resiliente e com foco em cliente.

Idiomas:

• Inglês intermediário para leitura de documentação técnica e contato básico com fabricantes.
