ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a full-cycle sales role at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company serving traditional European industries such as construction, manufacturing, logistics, and trade. You will own a territory across Europe, driving deals from cold outreach through to C-level close and long-term account growth in a market that is still largely undigitized.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Build and qualify pipeline through cold outreach, trade shows, industry meetups, and direct prospecting.

- Own the full sales cycle from initial contact through C-level negotiations and deal close.

- Close mid-market deals (€25-40k) with companies of 100-2,000 employees across construction, manufacturing, logistics, and trade.

- Expand and retain accounts post-sale, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with BDRs, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to accelerate pipeline velocity.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive in complex B2B SaaS, ideally at a Series A-C stage startup.

- Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written) is required.

- Proven track record closing deals in the €15-40k range, preferably into traditional European industries.

- Experience building pipeline independently from cold outreach, without relying solely on inbound or SDR-sourced leads.

- Proficiency with MEDDPICC or a comparable structured sales methodology.

- Comfort with travel for trade shows, industry fairs, and in-person client meetings.

- Bachelor's degree from a strong European university or equivalent experience.

- Ownership mindset, coachability, and openness to feedback.

- An existing network in the DACH construction or real estate sector is a plus.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

On-target earnings of €120,000-€160,000 annually, with uncapped upside (150%+ attainment achievable). Career progression paths into Senior, Enterprise, or Leadership roles are available. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

LOCATION

On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, with flexibility to travel across Europe for client meetings and industry events.
