ABOUT THE ROLE

Own and grow a portfolio of B2B SaaS customers using an AI phone assistant. You will work with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to increase adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and help customers achieve measurable value.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts throughout the customer lifecycle.

- Lead customer reviews, discovery conversations, and regular touchpoints to strengthen adoption and satisfaction.

- Identify opportunities to expand customer use cases and present relevant upgrades and add-ons.

- Own renewals and expansion revenue, working toward monthly and quarterly targets.

- Analyze product usage and communicate the operational impact of AI-powered call automation.

- Support successful onboarding and ongoing product adoption to encourage retention.

- Share structured customer and market feedback with Product and go-to-market teams.

- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline, and coordinate account plans across teams.

- Help develop the account management and expansion approach as the business grows.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- At least one year of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or customer success.

- Experience driving upsells, renewals, or expansion revenue within existing accounts.

- Native-level German fluency for customer calls, reviews, and product demonstrations.

- Strong product and technical understanding, with an interest in AI and machine learning.

- A structured, customer-focused approach and a sense of ownership; startup or scale-up experience is a plus.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

On-target earnings are €65,000 to €95,000 annually, including fixed salary and uncapped commission. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION

On-site in Vienna, Austria, with hybrid work possible.
