ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a small founding team at an AI-powered talent acquisition startup. You will help connect promising candidates with relevant startup opportunities and support the work that improves their experience, making a direct contribution to the company's growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Help candidates navigate the talent matching process and connect with relevant career opportunities.

- Support founder-led initiatives across operations, recruiting, growth, and special projects.

- Take ownership of complex workflows and identify ways to improve or automate processes.

- Contribute to a high-quality candidate experience in a fast-moving startup environment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- A completed bachelor's degree and at least three months of internship experience.

- Up to four years of relevant experience, including work in a company setting related to founder support, operations, recruiting, growth, or special projects.

- Experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, consulting, sales, or venture capital.

- Evidence of strong academic performance, substantial projects, or other meaningful accomplishments.

- Familiarity with venture-backed startups and hiring practices is helpful, as is experience with workflow automation, social media, recruiting, or candidate relationship management.

- Willingness to relocate to San Francisco and commit to a six-day work week for the internship.
