ABOUT THE ROLE

Join an early-stage AI communications software team to lead its US go-to-market efforts. You will win initial customers, establish a repeatable sales motion, and work closely with company leadership and cross-functional colleagues as the business expands internationally.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Develop localized landing pages, messaging, and basic tracking for the US market with marketing support.

- Run discovery calls and product demonstrations, and close early customer deals.

- Turn market feedback into a repeatable sales process and playbook.

- Identify and activate local partners, including enabling co-selling.

- Onboard and support early customers, capturing feedback to improve the product and positioning.

- Collaborate with leadership and marketing and technical teams to launch and iterate quickly.

- Grow into the primary US market owner, with the potential to hire and lead a local team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Native English fluency and experience selling in the US and UK markets.

- Account Executive experience, with a record of startup or transactional sales rather than an exclusively enterprise sales background.

- Experience building and executing early-stage SaaS go-to-market efforts, including discovery, demos, closing, and repeatable sales processes.

- Background as a founder or operator, or strong experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or growth at a high-growth SaaS startup.

- Experience developing partner channels and co-selling programs, and onboarding and supporting customers.

- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and sales funnel analytics.

- Experience with AI or SaaS solutions for small and midsize businesses, ideally in AI-powered communications.

- Comfort working across sales, marketing, product, and engineering, with a hands-on, self-directed approach.

- Willingness to work on-site in Vienna for 3 to 6 months for onboarding and kickoff. A relocation or remote setup may be possible afterward.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: $100,000 to $150,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION

On-site in Vienna, Austria for the initial 3 to 6 months. A US-based remote or relocation arrangement may be possible afterward.
