ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the sales team at an early-stage voice AI company as its founding Business Development Representative. You will generate pipeline, help shape a repeatable go-to-market motion, and grow into closing deals end-to-end as the team scales.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Generate qualified pipeline through email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.

- Identify and engage prospects who could benefit from voice AI solutions.

- Build and manage customer relationships throughout the sales process.

- Develop and refine outreach strategies and repeatable sales processes.

- Manage pipeline and maintain CRM tools and records.

- Take on end-to-end deal closing as your performance develops.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Sales experience in a startup or other fast-moving environment, with a record of consistently exceeding targets or KPIs.

- Experience selling a product or service and driving outreach across multiple channels, including email, LinkedIn, and phone.

- Experience managing CRM tools and customer relationships.

- Strong business sense and the ability to understand the needs and challenges of different companies.

- Fluency in both English and German, with excellent communication skills.

- A hands-on approach, comfort with direct customer interaction, and the ability to take ownership in an on-site team environment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary: €75,000 to €85,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION

On-site, five days a week in Berlin, Germany.
