ABOUT THE ROLE

Join an early-stage team developing AI-enabled tools to make circuit board design faster and more reliable. You will own customer projects from requirements through manufacturing and collaborate closely with software and machine learning engineers to shape the tools through hands-on hardware work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Manage multiple client projects from requirements gathering through manufacturing.

- Design boards for applications including motor control, compute systems, RF and antenna systems, battery management, and high-speed interfaces.

- Work directly with customers to understand constraints and deliver practical solutions.

- Build internal tools and automation that improve hardware design workflows.

- Collaborate with layout specialists, firmware engineers, and manufacturing partners.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- At least 1 year of electrical engineering experience, with hardware shipped to production.

- Hands-on PCB design experience using tools such as KiCad, Altium, Cadence, or LTspice.

- Experience across multiple areas such as high-speed digital, power electronics, antennas, or BGA fanout.

- Experience owning client projects through manufacturing, working directly with customers, and improving design processes with tools or automation.

- Strong collaboration skills with engineering and manufacturing teams. Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools is a plus.

- Willingness to work in person in San Francisco or relocate before starting.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Annual salary range: $160,000 to $200,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is not available.
